AMIGO INVISIBLE DE CARTAS

Nuestra mano inocente ha hecho el reparto de amigos. Os habrá llegado (u os llegará en nada) un PM con el nombre de la persona a la que le tendréis que mandar cartas de aquí al 6 de enero. Ahora necesito dos cositas:

I. Vuestras direcciones, ¡y acordaos de señalar todo bien que sino luego no llegan! (nombre, ¡dos apellidos!, dirección, número, ¡código postal!, ¡país! -que esta vez no sólo participamos de España-, etc etc). Como supongo que no las queréis poner públicas, pues podéis mandarme un PM, que yo remitiré a la mano inocente (o escribir directamente a la mano inocente contestándole el PM). Así que en los próximos días os irá llegando un segundo PM con la dirección. Como ya sabéis a quién tenéis, mientras podéis ir preparando la primera carta. ¡Si a alguien no le llega algún PM que avise raudo, porfa! (Esta es la primera consecuencia de no saber en qué día vivo lol)

II. Que hagáis una lista, en vuestro livejournal (en cuyo caso estaría bien que dejaráis en un comentario aquí mismo con el link a la entrada) o dejando un comentario en esa misma entrada (por si acaso vuestro lj es fo o algo así) sobre las cosas que os gustan: fandoms, parejas, música, famosos buenorros... cualquier cosa sobre la que vuestro amigo invisible pueda mandaros cosas en las cartas. Dad bastantes opciones que el reparto ha sido al azar y quizá no coincidais en muchas cosas.

Dicho esto, recordamos un poco las normas. Es amigo invisible. En todas las cartas tendréis que mantener el anonimato, excepto en la última (la que supuestamente tiene que llegar para el 6 de enero) donde ya tendréis que decir quiénes sois :) Una carta a la semana, más o menos. En principio, a menos que queráis, no deberíais gastaros dinero en los regalos. El último ya tiene que estar un poco más currado, algún fanfic o fanart hecho por vosotras, algo de ese estilo.

Según os lleguen las cartas, id avisando en vuestros livejournals, para que quien os mande sepa que os están llegando. Si veis que no os llega a pesar de que han pasado semanas podéis venir a este post y decirlo, y así vuestro amigo invisible podrá responder si eso de forma anónima diciendo si os ha mandado algo o todavía no.

In conclusion:
The lack of Merlin/Arthur subtext this season has MORE THAN been made up for by the EPIC FLOURISHING LOVE between Colin and Bradley. I don't even. They have an 80s power ballad theme song, how much more coupley can you get!? Cannot even cope, I swear to god.

This time I'm going to be sharing a couple of albums that have two things in common: artwork by Itto Maru as well as the fact that the two stories portrayed on the albums stem from very familiar fairy tales.

Hameln should be rather self explanatory for any that are familiar with the original tale of the Pied Piper, it's really nice to listen to as a different telling of the story is unfolded within the lyrics. Gothika is a little darker, more of a horror sort of take on the big bad wolf gaining the trust of the little bunny in the red cape, only to kill her in a most brutal way.

I linked the main sites for a little more info, get to look at the art as well as the PVs posted there for each album. Hopefully others will enjoy them as much as I do.

Okay~ so this confirms I haven't up and died or anything |D I know, right? That thought suddenly coming to mind.

If you take a look around the journal you'll notice I did some organizational stuff and whatevs, no big difference really. Now, I'm sorry to say that I won't be able to repost those ponyo screencaps. That explanation’s coming up now too.

As for the big gap in posting... Well, I actually had a nice batch going, and then my external HD died on me, everything gone /o/ I'm not really as torn up about it as I should be, it was just an "eh. Whatever." moment, but I didn't have much motivation to do anything to make up for it either.

Well then, since then I've had another batch just brewing up... or rather I just kept making icons here and there and now there's a massive post.

I didn't feel like doing extra coding, or organizing them... or anything, so this is just a huge hogepog of icons, all 118 of them. I'll list the series in the tags.

NOW ONTO THE SHOW!

My guidelines are the same as usual, just don't claim you did the work and... that's it. I don't demand credit or anything. Although, there's a few Pandora Hearts icons that were coloured by kairi_hearts, and those ones will be marked as so if you hover over them. ENJOY!

So I go to the cinema listings to see what times Ninja Assassin is on this weekend and it says that it's been pushed back to a January release date. I am disappoint! I'm pretty sure I know why it got pushed back, and that reason alone irks me more than anything! Even though it makes monetary sense. XD

So, we get ninja!Rain in January and The Princess and The Frog/Ponyo in February. At least I'll have something to watch in the new year? This just really reminds me of the time when the first Spider-Man movie came out, and everyone was excited for it, then they said "Oh well, actually for no reason at all, we're pushing it back a month and a half" and by the time it came out in the cinema, most people had already seen it and I had to be all lalala, I'm not listening cos I wanted to wait to see it on the big screen.

Pretty silly reason to be grumpy, I know. :P I shall spend the weekend watching Cap'n Fine and crew (again) as well as Quantum of Solace instead.
